Sleep and nutrition are the foundation. Manual therapy, mobility work, and breathwork layer on top, prescribed when wearable data flags low HRV trends, sleep debt, or recurring soreness that the gym work alone cannot resolve. The signal comes from data, not from the trend cycle.
Led by Hafiz, certified in NeuroKinetic Therapy. The same movement-pattern diagnostic that informs the massage work informs The Reset, recovery is targeted at the specific tissues and patterns flagged as over-recruited or under-recovered. Sessions are sixty minutes in our private studio at Manulife Tower, Singapore CBD.
