Nutrition coaching at Catalyst Performance: sustainable principles and habits, not meal plans that expire. Sessions run in our private studio at Manulife Tower, Singapore CBD, or by video call when work travel intrudes.
We don't prescribe what to eat for breakfast on Tuesday. We coach the principles, protein per meal, fibre minimums, hydration, training-day versus rest-day intake, and the habit work that lets those principles hold across travel weeks, late client dinners, and the weeks where life doesn't cooperate. The aim is the rhythm you keep at year three, not the menu you abandon at month two.
Live data from MyFitnessPal flows to your coach. We see what you actually log, not what you think you logged. Coaching adjusts to the patterns the data reveals: missed protein on long days, sleep dropping when carbs dip, the specific failure modes that show up in your week. Over the 16-week Checkpoint cycle, body composition data from the InBody scan anchors the conversation in measured progress rather than subjective how-you-feel reporting.
Tracking is a tool, not the goal. For some members, two weeks of MyFitnessPal logging is what reveals the gap between perceived and actual intake; for others, that level of detail is the wrong fight. Specific frameworks, lower-carb, intermittent fasting, plant-forward, are all viable when they fit the member's life and protect lean muscle. We don't dogmatise. We watch what actually moves your Body Composition pillar over the Checkpoint cycle.

What we don't do. We don't sell supplements. We don't run twelve-week transformation programmes. We don't put paying clients on extreme caloric deficits to deliver a marketing photo. The training is meant to last decades; the nutrition has to behave the same way.
