Every member starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Body Composition (Skeletal Muscle Index plus Waist-to-Height Ratio), Cardiorespiratory Fitness (Heart Rate Recovery), Stability (Y-Balance Test), Strength (grip plus three Movement Pattern Assessments). The four scores combine into a personal Healthspan Score from 0 to 10. The assessment is the diagnosis; the programme is the prescription.
Programmes are delivered through the Catalyst training app. Every exercise carries a video shot in our studio, demonstrated by our coaches. Target loads, tempo, rest intervals, and progression notes are pre-loaded against your starting scores. We don't send a spreadsheet of exercise names and expect you to translate.
