1:1 personal training in Singapore CBD, in our private studio at Manulife Tower, directly above Telok Ayer MRT. Sessions are sixty minutes, coached by founders, with the programme prescribed off your four pillar scores rather than pulled from a template.
Every member starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Body Composition (Skeletal Muscle Index plus Waist-to-Height Ratio), Cardiorespiratory Fitness (Heart Rate Recovery), Stability (Y-Balance Test), Strength (grip plus three Movement Pattern Assessments). The four scores combine into a personal Healthspan Score from 0 to 10. The assessment is the diagnosis; the programme is the prescription.
Programmes are delivered through the Catalyst training app. Every exercise carries a video shot in our studio, demonstrated by our coaches. Target loads, tempo, rest intervals, and progression notes are pre-loaded against your starting scores. We don't send a spreadsheet of exercise names and expect you to translate. The app is what makes the work transferable to a hotel gym on a Tuesday halfway through a Hong Kong work week.
The 16-week Checkpoint is the cadence we coach to. Long enough for measurable adaptation across all four pillars; short enough to course-correct before drift becomes habit. Re-testing the same battery every 16 weeks turns subjective how-you-feel into a tracked Healthspan Score trend.
Live data routes to your coach in real time. Wearables (Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Garmin) and nutrition logs (MyFitnessPal) flow in continuously. We coach the data we can see, not the data you remember to share. If you're under-recovered, the next session is built for that. If sleep collapses for a fortnight, the programme adjusts before the work suffers.
Packages are paid upfront, never debited monthly. No memberships, no auto-renewals, no minimum commitment. Sessions don't expire on a fixed schedule, they're use-when-you-can across a calendar that respects how Singapore CBD professional life actually moves. Package size is set to your training requirements at the consultation, not pulled off a price list.

Group studios run a class plan to the median of the room. The strong half is underloaded, the rest is overloaded, and nobody's programme is calibrated to their data. Catalyst is one coach with one client, in a private studio at Manulife Tower, with the programme prescribed off your four pillar scores. Load, cadence, and progressions all move with you, not with the eight other people in the room.

Two sessions a week is the floor for measurable progress on the four pillars. Three is the sweet spot for most members; the science of strength and cardiorespiratory adaptation tracks well at that frequency. We'd rather you train two clean weeks than four sloppy ones, so cadence is set at the consultation against your schedule, recovery, and the specific pillar that needs the most work.

Your four pillar scores set the priorities. Whichever pillar is furthest behind is what the early weeks lean into; the others are protected with maintenance work. Sessions are 60 minutes, structured around progressive resistance training on Watson UK platforms and Keiser USA pneumatics, with conditioning and stability work woven in. The Catalyst training app carries the full programme, with video for every exercise, so the work is the same whether your coach is in the room or you're travelling.
