Individual results stay private with each member; only aggregate trends go to HR. Teams start from three to five people, with a 16-week re-test built in.

Comparison applies to structured corporate wellness programmes specifically. Standalone gym memberships and one-off wellness events are different products serving different needs.
Common corporate questions

It starts with a short conversation about your team's size, profile, and what you're trying to move (executive retention, leadership team baselines, post-pandemic activity, sick-day trends). We then propose a programme shape (executive 1:1, leadership cohort assessments, group sessions, or a hybrid), price it transparently, and run a pilot before scaling. Most corporate engagements start with 5 to 12 members and grow from there.

Five members for a leadership-cohort assessment package. Three members for executive 1:1 packages. Smaller engagements are possible but are usually structured as individual memberships with a single corporate invoice rather than as a formal corporate programme.

Three options. (1) Full corporate billing, one consolidated invoice to your finance team, often payable against the corporate wellness budget. (2) Individual reimbursement, members pay first and your team reimburses via your existing wellness allowance. (3) Hybrid, the company funds the assessment plus a portion of sessions and members co-pay the rest. The structure that fits your finance team's preference is decided at the proposal stage.
Q. 04
No. Each member's Catalyst Healthspan Report and ongoing training data is their own; it does not flow to HR, line managers, or the company. What HR or programme sponsors receive are aggregate summaries: average Healthspan Score movement across the cohort, participation rates, programme uptake. This is non-negotiable. Members will not honestly engage with the assessment if they think their numbers might surface in a performance review.

Two patterns we use most often. First, executive 1:1 packages are use-when-you-can rather than fixed-week, so a deal close, an earnings cycle, or a board week doesn't cost the executive the session. Second, for senior people whose travel takes them out of Singapore for stretches, we coordinate the Catalyst training app's remote programming so the work continues with the hotel gym during travel, then re-syncs with in-studio sessions on return. The 16-week Checkpoint cadence is the cleanest way to track that an executive's healthspan trend is moving even when the session count is irregular.
Q. 06
Yes, both work in Singapore. Many corporate clients structure Catalyst as a non-cash benefit-in-kind tied to executive packages, others fund it through a flexible wellness allowance (sometimes alongside annual health screenings, mental health platforms, or insurance top-ups). The invoicing and reporting can be shaped to match whichever line item your finance team uses; we have done both. The IRAS treatment depends on the specific structure and your existing benefits framework, so we usually loop in your HR or finance lead at the proposal stage to confirm the cleanest path.
