FAQs
What makes CATALYST PERFORMANCE different from the rest?
-
Most PT gyms focus mainly on weight loss or muscle definition. At CATALYST, our system is designed to help you live longer, move better, and prevent age-related decline. We train not just for how you look today, but for how capable you’ll feel 10, 20, or even 30 years from now.
-
It’s our evidence-based framework that combines four pillars of longevity:
Body Composition
Cardiorespiratory Fitness
Stability
Strength
By measuring and improving these pillars, we build programs that’s personalized to what you need.
-
It’s for anyone who wants more than just temporary results:
Busy professionals who want long-term health, not just aesthetics
Older adults who want to stay mobile and independent
Fitness enthusiasts who want training that’s safe, evidence-based, and future-proof
-
To help you age with capability, not decline. Looking good is a natural byproduct, but our true mission is to give you the strength, stability, and health to enjoy life fully today and decades into the future.
-
Not at all. While athletes benefit from the same principles, the system was built for everyone who want to move better, prevent injury, and enjoy a long, capable life.
-
No. The assessments are designed to be safe, scalable, and repeatable for beginners, older adults, and those with health considerations. We meet you where you are and progress from there.
-
You can expect improvements in:
Body composition (more muscle, less visceral fat)
Cardiovascular fitness (better energy and endurance)
Balance and stability (reduce the risk of injury and fall)
Strength (protecting against aging)
Most importantly, you’ll gain the ability to do more in life, for longer.
-
Healthspan, by our definition, is the number of years you live with good quality of life, free from physical and mental limitations, so you can do what you love and live fully until the end. It is important because we believe pursuing healthspan is the number one priority and mission in life. From our collective experiences, everything else seems to matter until health is the only thing that matters.
-
With over 30 years of combined coaching experience with people from all walks of life, we’ve learned that living longer is only meaningful if you remain strong, mobile, and independent. That is why at CATALYST, we help you not just add years to your life, but life to your years.
