A relaxed video call. Talk through your goals, walk through our 4-Pillar Assessment system, decide if Catalyst is the right fit. If yes, we book your in-studio assessment date on the call.
Stage 2 · FREE · IN-STUDIO
Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, and Strength, measured properly with proper tools. You leave with your Healthspan Score report, no commitment required.

We walk you through our 4-Pillar Assessment (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, Strength), how the Healthspan Score works, and how the 16-week Checkpoint structures progress. You'll see exactly what training here looks like in practice, without ever stepping into the studio.
20-28 min
Are we the right studio for you? Sometimes the answer is no, and we'll tell you. If yes, we book your in-studio 4-Pillar Assessment date right there on the call.
28-30 min
Anything else you want to know, pricing, coaches, schedule, equipment, what to bring to the assessment. You leave knowing exactly what comes next.
Stage 2 · The Healthspan Assessment
Multi-frequency segmental bioimpedance scan for Skeletal Muscle Index, plus mid-waist measurement for Waist-to-Height Ratio. Two numbers that say more about your healthspan than the scale ever will.
Submaximal step test scored on Heart Rate Recovery, a direct readout of how quickly your autonomic nervous system shifts back to rest. The strongest single predictor of all-cause mortality in exercise science.
Single-leg reach test in three directions, both legs. Catches asymmetries that predict injury and falls long before they become symptoms.
Grip strength dynamometer plus three loaded movements, Front Foot Elevated Split Squat, Seated DB Shoulder Press, Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown. Captures both raw force and movement quality across your major patterns.
We compile the four pillar scores into your single Healthspan Score (out of 10) and walk you through your report. Yours to keep, in print and in our app, whether you train with us or not.

Yes. The 30-minute consultation and the 60-minute in-studio assessment are both free. You only pay if you decide to start training with us afterwards.

Just a quiet space and a working camera. We'll send the video link when you book. No prep needed.

No. Most members don't start fit, that's the point. The Catalyst Healthspan Assessment meets you where you are and tells you exactly where the gaps are.
