Catalyst Performance uses a small, deliberate vocabulary: the Healthspan Assessment, the Healthspan Score, The Reset, The Forum, The Collective and The Edit. This glossary defines each term in plain language, so the words used across the rest of the site mean exactly one thing.
Catalyst has its own language. Once you know the words, the system clicks. Here are the concepts that show up in every programme, every assessment, every conversation. If you would rather see the vocabulary in use, start with the four-pillar method or the assessment itself.

The 16-week progress review.
A structured re-test of your 4-Pillar metrics every 16 weeks. Programmes adjust based on what changed, not what we assumed. The cadence is deliberate: long enough for adaptations to register, short enough to course-correct before drift.

Event-prep programming with discipline.
Time-boxed training blocks built around an event (Hyrox, marathon, expedition). Military framing because the work demands it.
