Plenty of clients prefer to train with a female coach. Some have a specific reason, post-natal returns, comfort during pelvic-floor or hormonal-context conversations, religious or cultural preference. Many simply find the rapport better. Either way, Catalyst has female coaches on the team, and we honour the preference at coach assignment, not as a marketing line.
The work itself is the same as it is for any other Catalyst client. Every member starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, Strength). The Y-Balance Test, the Movement Pattern Strength Assessment, grip strength, Heart Rate Recovery via the 3-minute step test. The Healthspan Report is yours to keep, free of charge, and the programme is built off that data.
The brief is healthspan, not aesthetics. Skeletal Muscle Index that protects you across the decades, grip strength that predicts independence, dynamic balance that keeps you upright, cardiorespiratory recovery that does most of the heavy lifting on long-term mortality. Aesthetic outcomes are a side effect of training those systems honestly. They're never the primary goal.
