Most post-natal training in Singapore falls into two camps. Group classes that work to the median of the room, and online programmes that don't see you. Neither knows what your delivery was, what your six-week clearance actually said, or where your body is asymmetric a year later. Catalyst is the alternative.
Every post-natal client starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, Strength). The Y-Balance Test catches the pelvic asymmetries that show up after a long gestation. Skeletal Muscle Index reads the lean mass that pregnancy and the postpartum window typically erodes. You walk out with the printed Healthspan Report, free of charge, and the programme is built off the data, not a generic post-natal template.
We work with first-time mothers, second-pregnancy returners, and clients five years past their last delivery who never quite rebuilt the strength they had before. The work is the same shape; the load and the priorities differ.
