Quick answer
The bridge between physio and full fitness. Stop ending the rehab cycle without ever building lasting strength.
Injury rehabilitation personal training in Singapore CBD, the bridge between physiotherapy discharge and full training capacity. Most people stop the rehab cycle the moment pain leaves and never rebuild the strength that prevents the next injury. The gap between baseline function and load tolerance is where Catalyst lives.
Programmes are built off the same diagnostic battery as every other Catalyst member, just weighted differently. The Y-Balance Test (lower-quarter dynamic balance and asymmetry) and the three Movement Pattern Assessments (pulling, pressing, squatting) from the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment surface compensations the standard physio discharge does not capture. Which side has lost asymmetry. Which pattern is recruiting wrong. Where load tolerance is still below baseline.
Coached with NeuroKinetic Therapy support from Hafiz. NKT is a movement-based diagnostic that isolates which muscles have switched off and which are over-recruiting to compensate. Manual therapy and corrective exercise are calibrated to your specific compensation pattern, not a generic post-rehab template. If sessions need soft tissue work between strength sessions, the same package covers it without a separate booking.
Coordinated with your physio or surgeon when it helps the work. If your physio has a discharge plan, we read it. If your surgeon has a load progression timeline, we honour it. Members regularly arrive with a referral note, and the early phase is built off that document rather than guessing. The longer-term programme is ours to design, but the medical constraints are theirs to set.
Re-tested every 16 weeks at the Checkpoint. Y-Balance and Movement Pattern Strength scores tell you whether the asymmetry is closing, the imbalance is correcting, the pattern is restoring. The score trend is the proof, not what your knee or shoulder happened to feel like that morning.
The right time to start is usually right after physio discharge. The window between physio ending and life resuming is when re-injury risk is highest, because daily load returns before capacity has been rebuilt. Earlier is better than later, provided your physio has cleared resistance work. Bring the discharge note to your assessment.
Pneumatic resistance on the Keiser equipment is particularly useful in the first weeks because it removes the sticking points that loaded barbells force you through. Watson UK platforms come in once the pattern is restored and full-range loading is back on the table.

Frequently asked, this service
Q. 01
Physio gets you out of pain and back to baseline. The gap most people fall into is the one between baseline and full capacity, the strength, stability, and load tolerance that stops the injury recurring. Catalyst is built for that bridge. We work off Y-Balance asymmetry data, the Movement Pattern Strength Assessment, and the constraints your physio has already mapped out, then load progressively into the patterns that broke down originally.
Q. 02
Yes, when it helps the work. If your physio has a discharge plan, we read it. If your surgeon has a load progression timeline, we honour it. Members regularly arrive with a referral note, and the coach builds the early phase off that document rather than guessing. The longer-term programme is ours to design, but the constraints are theirs to set.
Q. 03
Most members come straight off discharge, and that's usually the right call. The window between physio ending and life resuming is when re-injury risk is highest, because daily load returns before capacity has been built back. Earlier is better than later, provided your physio has cleared resistance work. Bring the discharge note to your assessment.
Q. 04
Conservative load, deliberate range, and a lot of single-side work. The Y-Balance asymmetry score sets the corrective priorities, and we load the unaffected side at full intent while the rehabilitating side rebuilds capacity through pattern-specific work. Pneumatic resistance on the Keiser equipment is particularly useful here, because it removes the sticking point that loaded barbells force you through.
