The Campaign is a time-boxed training block built around an event. HYROX, marathon, expedition, anything that demands a deadline. The 2026 Catalyst calendar typically runs around AIA HYROX Singapore in April, Sundown in May, and the BYD Singapore International Marathon in December; the full 2026 SG race calendar covers nine other races for runners who want a mid-year target. Military framing because the work demands it.
Right now: Hyrox Singapore prep. 12-week programme, group-based, with race-day kit and a Catalyst tent on the day.
