Every client managing high blood pressure starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured. Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Body Composition matter most here, and the programme that follows pairs steady aerobic work with carefully-loaded resistance training, progressed conservatively and calibrated to the targets your doctor has set.
We work with adults newly flagged with elevated or stage-1 hypertension, people managing it on medication, and clients whose blood pressure climbs with stress and a desk-bound CBD schedule. If your reading is high and uncontrolled, the first step is your doctor, not the gym.
