Every client managing high cholesterol starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured. Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Body Composition matter most here. The programme that follows pairs aerobic training with resistance work, progressed conservatively and calibrated to the targets your doctor has set, because the combination outperforms either alone for lipid management.
We work with adults newly flagged with high cholesterol, people managing it on statins or other medication, and clients combining it with weight loss. Exercise complements your treatment; it does not replace it, and any medication decision stays with your doctor.
