Every post-injury client starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, Strength). The Y-Balance Test exposes the asymmetries that physio discharge often misses. The Movement Pattern Strength Assessment finds the patterns that are still loading-shy a year after injury. You walk out with the printed Healthspan Report, free of charge, and the programme is built off that data, not a generic post-rehab template.
We work with post-physio knees and shoulders, post-surgical hips, chronic lower-back clients, ACL returns, post-fracture rebuilds, and adults who have lived with one-sided pain so long they no longer notice the asymmetry.
