If your office is in the Telok Ayer cluster, the geographic argument writes itself. The DT18 station exits inside Manulife Tower. The training floor is one lift ride from the gates, on Level 5. Same-floor parking. Hot showers and towels provided. You can walk from your desk, train for sixty minutes, shower, and be back on the office floor inside ninety minutes. We chose the location for exactly that workday.
We're at 8 Cross Street, #05-03 Manulife Tower, on Level 5 of Manulife Tower. The studio sits above the Lau Pa Sat side of Telok Ayer, which means the lunch-hour members from China Square, Boon Tat, Amoy Street, and the Far East Square cluster all walk over in three to seven minutes. Same for the Robinson Road / Cecil Street side: a five-minute covered walk through Telok Ayer Square. The route is consistent regardless of weather.
Every client starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, Strength). The Healthspan Report is yours to keep, free of charge. From there, the programme is built off the data, never a generic transformation template.
