Couples personal training at Catalyst Performance is a single coached session for two people: you and your partner, spouse, or training buddy. Both of you are measured individually through the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment, and each follows a programme built to your own four-pillar data. You train together; you do not train identically.
Couples come to Catalyst for one of two reasons. Either you both want to train and would rather do it together, for the accountability and the shared routine, or one of you already trains and wants to bring a partner in without dragging them through a programme built for someone else. The studio is set up for both.
Every couple starts with the Catalyst Healthspan Assessment, taken individually. Sixty minutes in studio, four pillars measured: Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, and Strength. Two people, two Healthspan Reports, two honest starting points. The training that follows is coached for both of you at once, with the load and the progressions set separately.
