Vinoth
Strength and Physique Coach
Vinoth has been a competitive athlete since the age of 12, building a foundation across gymnastics, track and field, basketball, football, volleyball, rugby, water polo, and handball. He went on to represent Singapore in handball at international level, including at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games. That breadth of sport gave him something most coaches never develop: a working understanding of how different bodies move, adapt, and perform under real competitive pressure, across speed, power, endurance, and skill.
His athletic career later moved into bodybuilding, where he competed for five years in Men's Physique across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, reaching professional qualifier level and earning national and international placings. Alongside the stage, he took on Spartan Races, road races, and triathlons, keeping one foot firmly in endurance and conditioning. Outside sport, Vinoth served seven years as a Military Scholar and Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, an experience that shaped the structure, discipline, and respect for process that now define how he coaches.
Drawing on more than 20 years of competitive experience, Vinoth helps clients build muscle, lose fat, and improve performance, while developing the sustainable habits that keep those results in place for the long term. He works well with clients who want a coach who has lived the full arc, from elite competition to the everyday discipline of staying consistent, and who understand that lasting change is built on structured training applied patiently, not intensity for its own sake.
