Step 3: Healthspan Score and Programme Design. Your results are combined into a single Healthspan Score, calculated through our proprietary app. We identify your biggest opportunities for improvement and build a personalised training programme around them.

Step 4: Train and Progress. Each session is coached one-on-one by your dedicated personal trainer. We track every workout, adjust loads and programming in real time, and keep you accountable.

Step 5: Re-Assessment. Every 12 to 16 weeks, we re-test all four pillars, celebrate your progress, and fine-tune your programme to keep you moving forward.
