Kai Han spent six years working as a civil engineer before making a deliberate move into personal training — driven by a long-standing commitment to fitness and a desire to create meaningful change in people's lives. He has been active in sport since a young age, competing in basketball, handball, football, and volleyball, with his understanding of training deepening significantly through his university years into a sustained pursuit of health and performance.

His coaching focuses on sustainable fat loss, strength development, and the long-term lifestyle habits that keep results from reversing. Kai Han does not build programmes around short-term fixes. The emphasis is on structured training, honest accountability, and practical guidance that clients can maintain beyond the walls of the studio. He leads by example: maintaining a high level of fitness year-round, with multiple consecutive HYROX podium finishes that reflect the same discipline he expects from himself that he brings to his clients.

He works best with clients who are ready to commit to a process — people who want a coach who will hold them to a standard and give them the tools to build something that lasts.
